Please join the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) Syndemic Infectious Disease (SID) Bureau for a free one-day advanced continuing education program for healthcare providers on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM at Malcolm X College. This year's conference, Syndemics: Intersecting Challenges & Integrated Solutions, will highlight the latest advancements in Syndemic Infectious Disease by guest speakers and dynamic leaders in public health. The SID Bureau will also host onsite technical assistance with the Chicago Health Information Management System (CHIMS) to ensure healthcare providers have all the tools they need to report Syndemic Infectious Diseases to CDPH.
