In accordance with §§2-156-146, -465(b)(1), and -505 of the City’s Municipal Code, the Board’s Executive Director today determined that the following seven registered lobbyists violated the Governmental Ethics Ordinance by failing to complete annual mandatory ethics training by the deadline, which was before July 2, 2019. Because they all completed the training before the time in which they would have been subject to daily fines of between $200 and $750, the Board assessed no fines in these matters.
