Scope of administrative change permit

A permit to add or change a contractor, change the owner, or submit a post-construction filing does not authorize any construction, rehabilitation, or demolition activity that differs from the original building permit. Any other type of administrative change permit may alter the scope of an original building permit as specifically noted in the permit description.
