Quarterly Buying Plan:
Construction Summit Edition
The Buying Plan is a key transparency initiative that the City of Chicago uses to forecast the goods and services that it expects to procure, allowing businesses and the vendor community to prepare for upcoming solicitations. This includes the following:
- 15-month forecast of hundreds of upcoming opportunities from the City of Chicago and Sister Agencies to help businesses plan ahead
- Listings with the buying agency, department, contract type, anticipated advertisement date, potential subcontracting opportunities for each contract
- Directory of Assist Agencies who provide their support programs for local, small, minority, and women-owned businesses
