Greg Bush, Jr. is President and CEO of Bush Infotech Group, Inc. (formerly known as KFA, Inc.), a management and information systems consulting and services firm.  He has more than 25 years of experience managing large-scale information technology projects. Bush holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.  Over the last 20 years, Bush and the B.I.G. team have implemented technologies that manage a total of $86 billion in projects and assets. Bush thrives on being an information technologist and has a passion for the power of data for project governance and controls.

In 2019, after over 20 years of successfully delivering high-finance technology implementation professional services, Bush created PHAZE® to address the need to lower the cost of entry of these systems for small businesses and entrepreneurs. PHAZE is a Web Collaboration Information System that eliminates disparate systems and brings project teams together under one platform. PHAZE was conceived for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Management industries and then re-imagined and redeveloped for all industries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Bush is now investigating and implementing AI to automate PHAZE sales and delivery. Bush’s 2023 roadmap includes the release of AI in the PHAZE platform.

PHAZE is the only Cloud solution of its type owned and operated by a Black Owned Firm.  As a result of the creation of PHAZE, KFA won the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) 2020 “Minority Innovative Technology Firm of the Year” award, and in 2022 Harvard Business School Publications published a case study titled “KFA, Inc.: Building The Future.” In addition to US PHAZE delivery, Bush explores the African Diaspora to deliver PHAZE and teach the region how to utilize this new technology.  The effort creates jobs in Chicago and new services and opportunities for African businesses.
