Gordian
Michael Judd is a Regional Director with Gordian primarily focused in the Chicago area. He has been with Gordian for eight years. In his role he helps implement the Job Order Contracting (JOC) program within seven Chicago Departments (2FM-AEC, 2FM-EHS, CDOT, DWM, CDA, PSA, & DOH) and other municipalities/sister agencies in the Chicago area. He specifically assist each Chicago Department with the proper execution of the JOC program, JOC vendor contract development, procurement, and document maintenance support.
