Public Notice for Transfer of City Property between Inter-Governmental Agencies  

The Department of Planning and Development cooperates with other units of government for the transfer, sale, or exchange of City properties. Public notice is required per the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act.

Public Notice for Transfer of City Property that support Public-Purpose Projects 

The Department of Planning and Development and Department of Housing cooperate with non-government entities to provide land for public purpose projects that include, but are not limited to, community open space and multi-family affordable housing supported by federal low-income housing tax credits.
